GemCut 210 is a multipurpose light to medium duty cutting oil.  It provides excellent lubricity and extreme pressure characteristics with the benefits associated with reprocessed oil.  GemCut 210 contains an inactive low odor sulfur with highly refined lubricity additives, which increase tool life and improve surface finish.  GemCut 210 does not contain active sulfur, it will not stain copper or brass alloys.

Product Application

GemCut 210 can be used in light to medium duty operations.  This includes broaching (internal and external), deep hole drilling, gear cutting, threading, tapping and automatic screw machines.  GemCut 210 is to be used on ferrous metals with machinability ratings of 70% or greater at high speeds.  GemCut 210 may also be used for light duty stamping.
